Shipping Policy – Pixvo

At Pixvo, we understand how exciting it is to receive your order and decorate your space with our beautiful frames, posters, and metallic prints. We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and timely delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, charges, tracking, and delivery across India.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed successfully on Pixvo.in, our team begins processing it immediately. Every product is printed, quality-checked, and packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Customized orders: 4–7 business days, as these require additional time for design and printing.

In rare cases, order processing may take longer due to stock unavailability, production delays, or bulk orders. If such a situation arises, our support team will inform you promptly.

2. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on your shipping address and local logistics availability.

  • Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery charge (displayed during checkout) applies to cover packaging and courier costs.
In some cases, promotional offers may include free shipping irrespective of order value — these will be clearly mentioned on the website or during special campaigns.

4. Packaging and Handling

At Pixvo, we take packaging seriously. All frames and posters are carefully packed using high-quality materials, including protective covers, corner guards, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage in transit. Metallic posters are bubble-wrapped and secured with rigid cardboard layers to maintain their finish and structure.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 days of placing the order, please contact us at support@pixvo.in.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Pixvo ships only within India. We are working towards expanding our services globally soon. Stay tuned for updates on international delivery options.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please reach out to us. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue. In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete at checkout. Pixvo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Undelivered or Refused Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
