To place your order, follow these steps :
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Pixvo.in provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 445 in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 60 is payable only on orders below Rs. 399.
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link to track your order. You can also track it from your account on the website. Select ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then you can click on ‘Track Order’.
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a reship after courier partner delivered product us. kindly allow some time to reshipp your order again.
You may request to cancel your order for a refund, up to 2 hours after the date and time of the order. All cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. In that we deduct Rs. 60 as processing fee for any amount of orders you place on pixvo.in.
Cancellations after 2 hours will not be accepted. When you buy service and products from pixvo.in, you agree to these terms.
Pixvo offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at help@Pixvo.in within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Pixvo will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.
We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet. So you need to send back by yourself to our address and it’s charge pay by you.
In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
You will automatically get subscribed to our newsletter after registering with us. In case you do not want to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email (we’ll really miss you though, so please don’t).
This keeps happening to us as well- there’s just too many accounts to keep track of. Just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.
We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, in order to make sure you in pick the right size, we have a size chart with body measurements on our product pages. For any queries, please write to us at help@pixvo.in .
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
This method does not allow payments greater than 500 per day.
