Return & Refund Policy – Pixvo
At Pixvo, we value our customers and strive to deliver the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., printed with your image or text) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases where your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@pixvo.in within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. You are responsible for safely packaging the item to avoid further damage during transit. In certain cases, we may arrange pickup through our courier partner.
4. Refund Process
After the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a free-shipping offer, the cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing or printing begins, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5 working days.
7. Responsibility
Pixvo holds no responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof of dispatch. Always retain courier receipts until refund confirmation is received.
